How do you service an LPG system?

A regular LPG service helps to maintain your vehicle and increases its performance and durability. Without it, you will open your LPG system up for varying issues: things like running lean, running rich, ignition system problems and LPG converter failure.

Here is our step-by-step guide:

1. Scanning LPG System and Car Diagnosis

Many types of error codes can come on in a car's software system. We troubleshoot these codes and eliminate them using a scanner. This elimination typically improves LPG/octane consumption for both mileage and performance.

2. Changing the LPG Filters

In Sequential LPG systems, there are two filters. In Traditional LPG systems, there is one solenoid filter. These filters are critical in keeping the liquid fuel clean. If the filters aren't changed every 15000km, your car will likely lose mileage and hamper performance.

3. Changing LPG Coil Plunger

In an LPG system, there are six Coil Plungers that help in opening and closing the valve. After extensive use, it may weaken performance. Since it's low cost, you should change it as needed.
